Taz Indian Restaurant encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate and occupations, these cuisines vary significantly from each other and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. The dishes are then served according to taste in either mild, medium or hot. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religious and cultural choices as well as traditions.


Our Cooking Method

Our methods involves dry roasting aromatic spices on a dry pan, with or without a dash of oil or. Some of its most popular dishes include the Rogan Josh, Bhuna Masala, Dal etc. The most traditional and popular grilling method is using a 'Tandoor', a clay oven or simply an Indian version of the grill.
